| Voices
for a Green LA was a unique concert and festival highlighting
LADWP Green LA environmental programs, celebrating 100 years
of LADWP service and the ethnically, culturally and spiritually
diverse people of Los Angeles. A festival highlighting environmental
programs and sponsors’ services preceded the concert,
which featured American Music Award and Grammy Winner Yolanda
Adams; Two-time Grammy Award-winning LA-based band Los Lobos;
all women international percussion group Adaawe; First AME Church
Brooknaires Gospel Choir; Los Angeles Children’s Chorus;
traditional Japanese youth drumming group Zensuji Zendeko; Sephardic
Jewish Cantor Haim Mizrahi; and noted Armenian Folk Musician
