Democratic Presidential Candidates Debate on the Environment

UCLA Ackerman Union, Los Angeles
June 26, 2003

This debate, which featured Democratic Presidential Candidates Howard Dean, John Kerry, Joe Lieberman, Carol Moseley Braun, and Al Sharpton, was the first major event of the 2004 presidential election to focus on environmental issues. The environment regularly ranks as one of the top domestic concerns of the American public. These candidates, moderated by KCRW's Warren Olney, addressed questions about their past records on the environment, as well as their future commitments. The Bomaye Company produced this event.
